What we train
Build strong foundations
Five areas every young player needs before the contact starts. Each session works through them with age-appropriate, bodyweight exercises.
Shoulder and upper-back strength
Core and lower-back support
Glute and hamstring activation
Balance, coordination and body control
Why it matters
Rugby involves contact. Preparation matters.
Tackles, rucks and scrums put real load on a young body. A stronger neck, shoulders and core, and better control of how they move, give players a better base to handle that load.
- Injury awareness
- Stronger movement
- Brighter tomorrows
